Isabella Fonseca is a Research Director within Celent's Securities and Investments group. Her current research focuses on wealth management technology. She has covered topics extensively on wealth management trends, retail brokerage, financial planning, advisor platforms, account aggregation, and market data, authoring a number of reports on the wealth management space. During the past fourteen years, Mrs. Fonseca has worked as a consultant both in Europe and the Americas and used primary research to support and advise on important business and technology concepts for global banks, retail brokerages, private banks, and asset management firms. Mrs. Fonseca holds a BS in Economics and International Business from Babson College, Wellesley, MA, USA.

Eric is currently head of the team dedicated to developing the institutional asset management business of KBL european private bankers. This includes active promotion of the range of investment funds promoted by KBL epb and its affiliated companies across Europe as well as provision of customised management of equity, bond and fund-of-funds mandates as provided by Kredietrust, the asset management company of KBL epb. Previously, Eric held a variety of positions within Kredietrust including serving as chief strategist of KBL Group.
Eric is also project manager for the asset management Intranet of KBL epb which has been developed in collaboration with Interactive Data since 2005.

Dr. Jörg Brock is Managing Partner of Knowhow2Invest GmbH. Clients of this management
consultancy firm consults are companies in the Wealth Management space. The company is in
charge of advising a limited number of hi-potential private clients as a family office (in
addition to the core b2b business). Before founding his own company with several partners in 2009, he worked for Dresdner Bank
in Germany as Head of portfolio management and quant analysis where he was responsible for
portfolio management within Private Wealth Management of Dresdner Bank (in total 6 billion
assets). With his team he reached the first place as was named German portfolio manager of
the year 2008 (FirstFive, Fuchsbriefe). Before joining Dresdner Bank he worked for
Commerzbank for several years in different roles, including Head of investment business and
chief investment officer private clients.

In May 2008, Michael Diefenthaeler was appointed Head of Business Solutions, Interactive Data Managed Solutions. In this role, he is globally responsible for Product Management and Consulting, interconnecting market trends, customer needs and product development. He has been with the company since 2001 and already held a number of different positions such as Head of Pre-Sales Consulting and Product Development.
Michael Diefenthaeler holds a degree in business administration from Goethe University in Frankfurt, Germany.
