Carsten Dirks Chairman of the Executive Board |
In July 2008, Carsten Dirks was appointed chairman of the executive board of Interactive Data Managed Solutions AG, following Stephan Wolf in this position. In his former role as chief sales officer, Carsten Dirks had been responsible for the company's international sales activities. He has been with the company since 2001 and was appointed chief sales officer and member of the executive board after the acquisition of IS.Teledata by Interactive Data Corporation in 2006.
Carsten Dirks acted as director sales international with responsibility for sales activities in Germany, Austria, France, Great Britain, Italy, Spain and Switzerland since IS Innovative Software and OnVista Technologies GmbH merged to form IS.Teledata. In 2005, he was also appointed general manager of IS.Teledata Nordic Oy, in Helsinki, Finland. Previously, he headed the Corporate Solutions department of IS Innovative Software, overseeing sales and project business for German customers.
Before joining the company, Carsten Dirks worked for AT&T, Hewlett Packard, DaimlerChrysler and SAP. He holds a degree in business administration and studied in Frankfurt, Germany, and Clemson, SC.

Stephan Wolf (*1960) is member of the executive board of Interactive Data Managed Solutions AG. In July 2008 he was appointed chief technology officer, Interactive Data Corporation, and handed over his responsibilities as chairman of the executive board of Interactive Data Managed Solutions AG to Carsten Dirks.
Stephan Wolf co-founded IS Innovative Software GmbH in 1989. He first headed the company as managing director. He was named CEO and then spokesman of the executive board of the merged IS.Teledata. After the company was acquired by Interactive Data Corporation, Stephan Wolf was appointed chairman of the executive board. The company was renamed as Interactive Data Managed Solutions.
Since 2002, Stephan Wolf has been on the board of the eFinance Lab, a joint research project of universities, leading IT companies, financial services providers and consulting firms. The interdisciplinary project advances the industrialization of the financial sector by deploying modern network information and communication systems.
Stephan Wolf has joined the Accreditation Agency for Study Programs in Engineering and Informatics (ASII) in 2001. As a member of the Technical Committee for Information Management, he contributes to the development and revision of teaching standards at German universities.
Stephan Wolf holds a degree in Business Administration and has worked at the Wissenschaftliche Hochschule für Unternehmensführung (WHU) in Koblenz, Germany, and Johann-Wolfgang-Goethe University in Frankfurt/Main, Germany.
