The entry into the trade register completes the merger of IS Innovative Software AG and OnVista Technologies GmbH. The new company IS.Teledata AG is the legal successor of both, IS Innovative Software AG and OnVista Technologies GmbH.

OnVista makes significant enhancements to its technology platform and introduces the solution under the name of Market Data Gateway to an expert audience on the occasion of the European Banking Technology Fair.
OnVista spins off its two operating business segments - Technologies (formerly: Licences) and Media (formerly: Portal) - into newly formed, independent limited liability companies.
