Interactive Data Corporation, Bedford, Mass., USA (NYSE: IDC), a leading provider of financial market data and analytic tools to institutional investors, active traders and individual investors, acquires more than 95 percent of the shares of IS.Teledata AG. IS.Teledata is managed as a business within Interactive Data Corporation as part of Interactive Data’s ComStock group of businesses.

IS.Teledata completely acquires HEX Information Services Oy (HIS) with headquarters in Helsinki, Finland. IS.Teledata previously owned a 30 percent share in the joint venture with the Finnish exchange HEX. The company is called IS.Teledata Nordic Oy and offers financial market information systems to the Nordic and Baltic regions.

Software AG and OnVista Technologies GmbH.

The entry into the trade register completes the merger of IS Innovative
Software AG and OnVista Technologies GmbH. The new company IS.Teledata AG is the legal successor of both, IS Innovative Software AG and OnVista Technologies GmbH.
