Reading linearized hint data", right click on the link to save the PDF
file locally and then open it.
Alternatively, change the settings in your Acrobat Reader: In Acrobat
Reader 5, open the Adobe Acrobat Reader, select Edit > Preferences >
General (if required) > Options, uncheck "Allow Fast Web View", and
click OK to save the changes. Now reopen the web browser which should
display the PDF.
In Acrobat Reader 6, open the Acrobat Reader, select Edit > Preferences
> "Internet" in the table on the left, uncheck "Allow Fast Web View",
and click OK to save the changes. Now reopen the web browser which
should display the PDF.
