IS.Teledata Italia and Sol-Tec Sign Commercial and Technological Agreement

MILAN - IS.Teledata Italia S.r.l. and Sol-Tec Soluzioni Tecnologiche, the system integrator specialising in consultancy and software solutions for online financial services, signed a letter of intent for the technological integration of joint services and solutions and their promotion.

After evaluating and integrating their respective technologies, they will be able to offer fully integrated solutions powered by Sol-Tec technologies and IS.Teledata contents, delivered via the platform IS.Market Data Gateway, to existing and potential customers.

The agreement also stipulates further areas of cooperation: IS.Teledata Italia will provide Sol-Tec with a raw data feed for the implementation of joint demo services and solutions. A marketing campaign will promote the products and services of the two companies.
